I’m a Career, Executive and Mental Fitness Coach, passionate about working with people and making connections with them.

I have a people-oriented personality with a deep interest in mental and physical wellbeing, positive attitude, and personal development. I consider myself a motivator and a very empathetic person.

I am a qualified coach with Animas Centre of coaching, a licensed Career Coach with Firework Coaching and a mental health first aider with England Mental Health. Beside my coaching qualification I'm also a qualified Strengths Practitioner with Langley Group and a Mental Fitness Coach with Cognomie in London.

Eight years ago I moved to London from Italy to build my career in the corporate world: I worked in accounting practice, corporate organisations and for American and English law firms, my most recent experience was in Cambodia with an NGO.

Through my corporate background I’m familiar with the pressure of a busy working environment as well as the challenges of creating a new life away from friends and family, experiencing intercultural differences along the way.

I work with professionals in their 30s – 40s who are currently going through a career change, promotion or recently relocated, overwhelmed with frenetic life and stress due to job and responsibilities but keen to focus on their values, priorities, motivation and achievement of personal and professional goals, with particular emphasis on their mental health, wellbeing and awareness in their daily life.

Personal development is a key element in understanding and navigating our life experiences. Coaching is an opportunity to discover yourself and look outside the default box you have always thought of being the “right and only” one for you.

PRO-BONO Activities

Besides my corporate background, I’m an active runner, a mental health champion and a social secretary for the committee through my running club.

SERPENTINE RUNNING CLUB (Social Secretary of the Committee and Mental Health Champion)

I'm an active runner from 2008 and in 2018 I joined Serpentine Running Club.
As a Social Secretary of the club I organise events with the purpose of bringing club members together in harmony and in a welcome atmosphere; equally as a Mental Health Champion, I support the club with its Run&Talk project in order to build awareness and remove stigma around the topic of mental health. Serpentine Running Club is a cross-country running club based in Marylebone. It draws runners from across Greater London. The club was chosen as Athletics Weekly's club of the month in May 2013 in light of its growth then to a membership of 2200 runners. It remains one of the largest running and triathlon clubs in Britain. https://www.serpentine.org.uk/

From January 2020 I'm collaborating on a volunteering basis with Room to Read in their London Chapter team. We raise awareness about children's education in developed countries, organise events and funds for the organisation's activity.

Founded in 2000 on the belief that World Change Starts with Educated Children®, Room to Read is creating a world free from illiteracy and gender inequality. We are achieving this goal by helping children in low-income communities develop literacy skills and a habit of reading, and by supporting girls to build skills to succeed in school and negotiate key life decisions. We collaborate with governments and other partner organizations to deliver positive outcomes for children at scale. Room to Read has benefitted more than 18 million children across 16 countries and 37,000 communities and aims to reach 40 million children by 2025. Learn more at www.roomtoread.org.
